About us

Our Founding and History

Lead in the Moment, LLC was created from the vision of our owner and president, Kristin Widun.  She believes there is a fantastic opportunity in customer facing businesses and domains to strengthen relationships by embracing the moments that matter most.  The opportunity to lead and deliver on behalf of the customer lies within every member of an organization.  She has lived this vision throughout her career and wants to transform the discipline of customer service by instructing others on these essential skills. 

 

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Kristin realized her passion for the leadership moment and began an in depth study of Servant Leadership, culminating in receiving her Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.  Kristin has coupled her industry expertise with her education to create a forum to further the use of Servant Leadership in business. 

Methodology
 
The principles of servant leadership transcend domains and disciplines and are applicable in all business models.  Our methodology produces results through:

  • Creating a custom program for every customer to ensure key opportunities are satisfied
  • Developing you and your team to optimize performance
